If we discover that a Player is under 21 years of age, we will immediately close the Account, void all transactions, confiscate any winnings, and return deposited funds (minus any bonuses claimed) to the original payment source. To access loki88 services, you must create an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You are permitted to register only one (1) Account per person. Multiple Accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all Accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to notify loki88 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.
In compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and to ensure Platform security, loki88 requires all Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to provide:
Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension and restrictions on deposits and withdrawals. All withdrawals require completed KYC verification.
loki88 accepts deposits through the following Indonesian payment methods: major banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI; and popular e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own limits. Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, please contact customer support with your transaction receipt.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your loki88 Account are from legitimate sources and belong to you. You may not deposit funds obtained through illegal activity. We reserve the right to request proof of income or source of funds at any time.
To request a withdrawal, you must have completed KYC verification, met any applicable wagering requirements for bonuses, and have a minimum balance of Rp 100,000. Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
Most withdrawal requests are processed within 5 minutes for verified Accounts. However, loki88 reserves the right to conduct security checks which may extend processing time up to 24 hours. First-time withdrawals may take longer as additional verification is performed. Withdrawals are processed 24/7 including weekends and public holidays.
loki88 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees which are beyond our control. Any such fees will be deducted by the payment provider, not by loki88.
To comply with AML regulations, you must wager at least 1x (one times) your deposit amount before requesting a withdrawal. For example, if you deposit Rp 500,000, you must place bets totaling at least Rp 500,000 before withdrawal is permitted. This requirement applies to all deposits, regardless of whether a bonus was claimed.
loki88 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated in the promotional materials. By claiming a bonus, you accept the applicable bonus terms.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before any winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only (not deposit + bonus). For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a Rp 100,000 bonus means you must place bets totaling Rp 1,000,000 before withdrawal is permitted.
loki88 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim multiple bonuses, using betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other activity deemed as abuse of promotional offers. Decisions regarding bonus abuse are final and at our sole discretion.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount of your Account balance at the time of the claim.
loki88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon Account closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus abuse) will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees or charges.
You may also request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Any pending bets will be settled, and your remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method.
All content on the loki88 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game interfaces, is the property of loki88 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming platforms serving the Indonesian market. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of loki88 services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
